Does the app work without internet?
Yes. The SmartSoil Gateway runs edge AI (TinyML) so core soil analysis and recommendations work offline, with 4G and LEO satellite fallback for connectivity when needed.
Who is Famo?
Famo is SmartSoil AI's voice-first AI farming agent — it answers questions about fertilizer, irrigation, and crop care in the farmer's own language, including for non-literate users.
What languages are supported?
Bangla, Urdu, Arabic, Portuguese, and Tajik are currently localised, with English as the default.
Is SmartSoil AI available outside Bangladesh and Pakistan?

How much does it cost?
The Small Farm plan is free with limited monthly scans. The Business Farm plan is $19.99/month for unlimited soil tests and disease scans. Institutional and government buyers should contact us directly.
