Every way to grow indoors

One system, five kinds of farm

Whatever you grow in, Famo treats every rack, bay, container, wall or tower as its own zone with its own recipe.

Vertical farms

Stacked, LED-lit racks that grow many times more per square metre, year-round, in any building.

Leafy greens, herbs, microgreens

Greenhouses

Sunlight plus climate control and supplemental LEDs — the most efficient way to grow fruiting crops at scale.

Tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, strawberries, flowers

Container farms

A complete, insulated farm inside a shipping container — drop it near your customers and start growing in weeks.

Leafy greens, herbs, microgreens

Grow walls

Living hydroponic walls for restaurants, retail, schools and offices — fresh food where people see it grow.

Herbs, leafy greens, edible flowers

Grow towers

Aeroponic towers that grow dozens of plants on a square metre of floor, with roots fed by a nutrient mist.

Leafy greens, herbs, strawberries

Crop recipes

Start every crop on the right recipe

Starting climate and nutrient targets per crop group. Famo tunes them per variety and growth stage, then holds every zone on target.

Leafy greens

Lettuce, spinach, kale, pak choi and rocket — fast, dense and perfect for racks and towers.

How Famo runs a grow room

Sense. Understand. Decide. Act. Learn.

A continuous loop that turns thousands of readings into a handful of right decisions every day.

  1. 01

    Sense

Climate, light, CO₂, nutrient solution and cameras report every few minutes from every zone.

  2. 02

    Understand

Famo calculates VPD and DLI, links causes to effects and finds what is really holding a crop back.

  3. 03

    Decide

It compares every zone with its crop recipe and the outside forecast, and proposes the next setpoints.

  4. 04

    Act

You approve in one tap — or let connected controllers, lights and dosing pumps adjust themselves.

  5. 05

    Learn

Each harvest sharpens the recipe, the yield forecast and the harvest date for the next one.

The grow-room dashboard

Every zone, every plant, on one screen

Vertical farms, greenhouses, containers, walls and towers all sit in the same Famo dashboard as your open fields. Click a feature, or open the live demo — five indoor farms with sample data.

All your farms together

Each farm's type, crop and alerts at a glance — choose the farm type when you add it.

Read-only, no sign-up — real screens with sample data.
Plant vision

See stress before it shows

Multispectral cameras measure how each plant reflects light invisible to the eye. Famo compares every plant with its neighbours and its own history, so a struggling plant stands out before its leaves change colour.

  • Every plant tracked from transplant to harvest
  • Early stress, tipburn and disease flags
  • Growth curves, yield and harvest-date forecasts
  • Works with racks, benches, walls and towers

Build your package

Design your grow system

Pick your farm type and growing area, then switch modules on or off. The kit and estimate update instantly, with real products from our marketplace.

Farm type

m²

The area your plants grow on, across every tier. Sensors, cameras and controllers are sized to it; our team fine-tunes the layout with you.

Growing system

Growing system

Live in Famo

The structure your crop grows in — lit vertical racks, a greenhouse, a container farm, a living grow wall or aeroponic towers.

Maps every rack, bay or tower as its own zone, so each one has its own data, tasks and history.

Climate

Climate sensing

Live in Famo

Temperature, humidity, CO₂ and PAR light sensors in every zone — the numbers behind every healthy grow room.

Calculates VPD and DLI live and flags any zone drifting away from its crop recipe.

Climate control

Coming soon

A climate controller with fans, cooling pads and ventilation keeps temperature and humidity on target.

Suggests setpoints from your crop recipe and the outside forecast, and connects to controllers over Modbus/MQTT.

Water & nutrients

Nutrient & water management

Live in Famo

Solution sensors read EC, pH, dissolved oxygen and water temperature; a dosing machine keeps the recipe exact.

Holds every tank on its EC/pH recipe and alerts you before the solution drifts.

Plant vision & AI

Plant vision (multispectral)

Live in Famo

Fixed multispectral and RGB cameras watch every plant, every day — growth, colour and early signs of stress.

Flags stressed plants before the problem is visible and forecasts yield and harvest date.

Famo AI grow advisor

Live in Famo

Ask Famo anything about your grow room by voice or chat, any hour, in your own language.

Explains what changed, why it matters and what to do next — from all your sensors at once.

Included with Famo — nothing to buy

Automation, connectivity & energy

Harvest & transport robots

Coming soon

Harvesting robots pick ripe fruit; autonomous carts move trays and crates between zones.

Plans robot work from ripeness and harvest forecasts.

Connectivity

Live in Famo

A gateway that links every sensor, camera and controller and sends the data out over 4G or Wi-Fi.

Pairs each device to its zone and warns you when one goes offline.

Solar & battery energy

Live in Famo

Solar panels with LiFePO₄ storage cut the power bill for lights, pumps and climate control.

Shows energy use per zone and per kilogram grown.

How you'll use it

A day in your grow room

  1. 5:00

    Lights ramp up

LEDs brighten slowly to the day's light recipe for each zone.

  2. 8:30

    VPD drifts in Zone 3

Humidity is climbing; Famo suggests a ventilation setpoint and you approve it in one tap.

  3. 11:00

    Tank on recipe

EC drops after a top-up; the dosing machine brings it back to 1.6 mS/cm.

  4. 14:00

    Early warning

A camera flags three lettuces with early tipburn — Famo links it to low airflow on that tier.

  5. 18:00

    Harvest plan

Famo forecasts Tuesday's harvest at 182 kg and lines up the crates and the team.

Better for the planet

More food, far fewer resources

Up to 90%
less water with recirculating hydroponics than open fields
365
days a year of harvests, whatever the season
Local
growing near customers — fewer food miles, fresher food

Questions growers ask

Can Famo work with the equipment I already have?

Yes. Famo reads standard sensors over RS485/Modbus and LoRaWAN, and connects to climate controllers, LED drivers and dosing systems over Modbus or MQTT. Add only the pieces you are missing.

What is available today?

The growing systems, lights, sensors and controllers in the builder are available from our marketplace now. The grow-room dashboard — live VPD and DLI against crop recipes, nutrient tracking and plant vision — is in the Famo dashboard, and you can try it in the live indoor-farm demo. Climate control and robotics are being built with our pilot farms and are marked "Coming soon".

How does the pilot work?

Pilot farms get early access to the grow-room features, direct contact with our product team and preferred pricing on hardware, in return for feedback. Tell us about your farm and we will get in touch.

Do you support cannabis growers?

Only licensed growers, and only where cultivation is legal. The same climate, nutrient and vision tools apply.

Grow anything, anywhere — with Famo watching every plant.

Design your package now, or join the pilot and help shape the grow-room dashboard.
