Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Famo AI application, operated by Beijing Dizhi Keji Co., Ltd. (“SmartSoil AI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The Service

Famo AI provides AI-powered soil analysis, satellite field monitoring, crop disease detection, and personalized farming advice, delivered through a mobile application and, where applicable, connected soil-testing hardware.

Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must be legally permitted to use agricultural technology services in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the app or its AI models
• Resell or redistribute the service without written permission
• Upload content that infringes on the rights of others

AI-Generated Advice

Recommendations from the Famo AI agent — including fertilizer guidance, disease diagnosis, and irrigation advice — are generated by AI models and satellite/sensor data. They are decision support, not a guarantee of outcome. Use professional agronomic judgment for high-value or high-risk decisions.

Subscriptions & Payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing and included features are described on our Pricing page and may change with notice.

Intellectual Property

The app, the SmartSoil Gateway hardware design, and all associated software, AI models, and content are the property of Beijing Dizhi Keji Co., Ltd. and its licensors, protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for crop loss, yield outcomes, or other damages arising from reliance on AI-generated recommendations or sensor readings.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
